These terms govern your use of Prismata 360 (the “Service”) provided by Advanced Management Solutions (“AMS”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The Service
Prismata 360 is a software platform for administering 360-degree leadership assessments and development plans. The Service supports decision-making for development purposes; it does not provide psychological diagnoses, and sample content is illustrative until validated by your own experts.
2. Acceptable use
You must use the Service lawfully, obtain any required consent from participants and raters, keep credentials confidential, and not attempt to identify anonymous respondents or bypass access controls.
3. Data and confidentiality
You remain the controller of the assessment data you enter. AMS processes it to provide the Service, applies technical safeguards and does not use identifiable assessment responses for any other purpose. You are responsible for lawful use, retention settings and data subject requests within your organization.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and AMS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AMS is established, to be confirmed in your agreement with AMS. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
